By integrating with Microsoft, Conectere enables employees to connect with their colleagues in meaningful ways using Conectere's portfolio of hundreds of conectivities, all without leaving their favorite Microsoft applications. Each conectivity is a micro-activity or event specifically designed to enable teams and colleagues to connect, celebrate contributions, promote inclusion and boost engagement. Employees can easily participate in conectivities, connect with colleagues, and even recognize and reward others by casting Spotlights, all directly from the Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Office 365 applications.

When added to Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Microsoft 365, the Conectere App presents a specially-designed Account Tab that provides employees full access to their Conectere accounts, including their progress rings, wallets, conectivities and invitations to connect. A private Chat Tab enables employees to chat directly with our AI agent, Iggy, to launch conectivities and cast spotlights, and to receive real-time alerts and announcements, including bonus achievement messages, progress updates and ring expiration notices.

Employee recognition Spotlights and conectivity messages are automatically synchronized between Microsoft and Conectere, allowing use and enjoyment of the Conectere portfolio and community from anywhere.

Employees can use the launch command to launch conectivities for colleagues, and the cast command to cast a Spotlight to recognize and celebrate the achievements of your colleagues, all directly from a Microsoft Teams chat.
